Quotes from the episode:
“For those who are on the verge of retiring, or are recently retired and are looking for new opportunities, we have a number of golf lesson programs, whether it’s a private lesson or group lesson, to get you the basics of the game and set you up to enjoy yourself a lot more and learn more about the game.” – Kevin Carlson
“We look at our retired individuals as a very big part of our labor force at the golf courses. Up in the clubhouses, for example, most of our customer service associates, a lot of our outside service staff, and our player assistants—they are retired individuals. And we’ve branched off in our golf maintenance department to hire more retirees there, too. So people who like to work more with their hands, have opportunities as part of our golf maintenance team, also.” – Kevin Carlson
