The Naperville Park District is a great place for summer jobs and careers! Do you know of someone who would be a great fit for one of our open positions? Adequate staffing levels are essential in helping us meet the needs of our program participants, Centennial Beach visitors, golfers, residents, and more. You can help us ensure that we have fantastic staff in place to serve the recreation needs of our community by referring quality job applicants.
For your efforts, you will receive a $100 Naperville Park District e-voucher credit placed on your account. Simply make sure that the applicant includes your name and phone number on the job application – that’s it! The bonus will be posted to your Park District account once your referral has been hired and started their job with us.
Please note that the $100 e-voucher is applicable only to completed applications received by May 1, 2023.

Refer a Lifeguard Applicant and Receive $100 Gift Card!
Refer an applicant and if they are hired as a lifeguard, receive a $100 Naperville Park District gift card! The Naperville Park District is in search of lifeguards for the 2023 Centennial Beach season and you can help! Adequate staffing levels assist the Park District in keeping Centennial Beach open as frequently as possible. All you need to do is have the person you refer include your name and phone number on the job application! That’s it! The District will call you to ensure delivery of the gift card after the applicant’s first day of work. In order to receive the referral gift card all applications must be received by May 1, 2023.
Lifeguard $150 Signing Bonus!
Apply by March 17 and if hired, receive a $150 signing bonus! Plus, refer a lifeguard applicant that is hired and receive a $250 bonus!

Western DuPage Special Recreation (WDSRA) is a cooperative extension of the Naperville Park District, providing recreation programs and inclusion services to individuals with special needs. WDSRA has several volunteer and employment opportunities available to serve nine area park districts. As a volunteer, a member of the WDSRA seasonal staff or in a full time position, YOU will make a difference in the lives of people with special needs every day.
