We offer a wide variety of Active Adults and Senior programming including programs such as Ageless Grace, Regain your Balance, Senior Kung Fu, Senior Stretch, Senior Tai Chi Levels 1, 2 and 3 and virtual options. Additionally we also offer WellFit Seated Strength and Balance.
