Permit Requirements
Permits are issued to organizations or individuals who:
- are Naperville Park District residents only
- want to reserve a certain area for a specified date and time
- require special arrangements
- are planning special-use activities, such as consuming alcoholic beverages, pitching tents or erecting nonroutine apparatuses
Permits may be obtained by persons age 21 or older who come to the Naperville Park District Administration Building, 320 W. Jackson Avenue, and:
- show proof of residency
- check park availability
- complete a facility rental application (alcohol permits must be applied for 21 days in advance)
- submit a $100 damage deposit when applying for permit
- make full payment no later than 21 days before the event
