Vote for the Naperville Parks Foundation wreath at Westfield Fox Valley Mall

Shoppers’ votes will bring $1,500 prize to winning nonprofit organization

The Naperville Parks Foundation has been selected by Westfield Fox Valley Mall to participate in the 2012 Festival of Wreaths—a contest for community nonprofit organizations with a prize of $1,500 for the winning organization.

Each nonprofit decorates a wreath supplied by Westfield and shoppers vote for their favorite design. Wreathes will be displayed beginning Saturday, November 17 and voting continues through December 24.

The Parks Foundation’s design features natural materials and photos of parks and recreation programs.

The Naperville Parks Foundation was formed in 2011 as an advocate for parks and open spaces. The Foundation accepts charitable donations to support this mission as well as the Naperville Park District’s scholarship program and special projects.
