Élan Dance Company to host two holiday fundraisers

Élan Dance Company partners with Restaurant.com and Mary Kay Cosmetics

Élan Dance Company, a local, pre-professional dance company, is making residents’ holiday shopping a bit easier while helping to raise funds to support the program through partnerships with Restaurant.com and Mary Kay Cosmetics.

The Restaurant.com gift card sale has been offered by Élan for the past few years. A $100 gift card can be purchased for only $20. Participating Naperville restaurants include: Cuisine of India, Fontano’s, Sushi House and Wine Styles, to name just a few. Gift card order forms are due Nov. 19 and payment may be made by cash or check to the Naperville Park District. An order form can be found by clicking here. There is no limit to the number of Restaurant.com cards that an individual may purchase.

A second fundraising opportunity this holiday season is being offered through Mary Kay Cosmetics. Bottles of their “Dance to Life Eau de Parfum” are available for purchase at $50 each. For each bottle purchased, Élan Dance Company will receive $20. Additionally, “Dance to Life” Radiant Shimmer Lotion is available for $16; Élan Dance Company will receive $5 for each lotion purchased. Mary Kay product forms are due Nov. 17 and payment may be made by cash or check to Traci Wolff. Credits cards are accepted at www.marykay.com/traciwolff; event code: elan. Both the Restaurant.com cards and Mary Kay products will be available for pick-up the week of December 3 at the Naperville Park District’s main office at 320 W. Jackson Avenue. Those who have placed orders will be contacted by phone or e-mail to confirm that products are available for pick-up.

Like other dance companies, the Élan Dance Company members commit to additional hours of training, outreach activities for the community at-large and culminating in the spring with the Élan Dance Company Spring Showcase.
