Additionally, the community is invited to an open house on December 13 from 6:00 -7:00 p.m. immediately prior to the Park Board meeting to speak with staff and commissioners regarding the draft Master Plan. The Open House will be held in the lobby of the Naperville Municipal Center at 400 South Eagle Street.
As with previous versions of the Master Plan, the 2012 draft is based on the established mission and vision of the Naperville Park District, evaluation of earlier plans, extensive community input, demographic studies of the Naperville area, including the most recent U.S. Census data, and national standards for park and recreation facilities.
