Naperville Women’s City Golf Championship winners announced
2009 champion, Hannah Buck, wins again in 2010
The 2009 Naperville Women’s City Golf Champion, Hannah Buck, successfully defended her title to win the 2010 Women’s City Championship held at Naperbrook Golf Course, at 22204 W. 11th St./Hassert Boulevard, on Monday, June 21.
Second-place gross winner in the Championship Flight was Allison Basetto. Net winners were Kathy Laubhan and Caity Miklasz. Gross winners in the A Flight were Claudia Richards and Sherri Maag. Net winners were Dana Lamont and Pam Yelnick. B Flight gross winners included Tina Spock and Diane Hartong, with net winners Michelle Pierce and Carol Kartheiser. C Flight gross winners were Jan Heafey and Nancy Huber; net winners included Monica Simeur and Lisa Schneeman.
The Women’s City Championship is an 18-hole tournament open to any female amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap. This year, participant ages ranged from 18 – 89. Trophies and gift certificates were awarded to the winners.
