Kevin Finnegan

Kevin Finnegan is the Director of Parks for the Naperville Park District. In that role, he is responsible for the maintenance of 140 park sites and more than 40 structures and facilities. He also is responsible for the operation of six divisions consisting of Fleet, Trades, North Parks/Riverwalk, Central Parks, South Parks and Park Police encompassing approximately 42 regular and 70 seasonal positions. 

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from St. Xavier University. He began his employment with the Park District in March 2005 as Trades Manager with over 27 years of experience in transportation, facilities and grounds maintenance.
