New for Summer 2014 - Kayaking!
The Naperville Park District is offering kayaking at the Paddleboat Quarry located on the Riverwalk near the corner of Jackson Avenue and Eagle Street in partnership with Naperville Kayak. The fee is $14 for 30 minutes of kayaking. Fee includes brief instruction, kayak, paddle, personal floatation device and ACA instructor trained staff available to answer questions and offer guidance on technique and other kayak-related questions. Purchase admission at the Riverwalk Eatery. Kayaking is available on all non-school days, mid-May through September, 11:00 a.m. until one hour before dusk. In the event of inclement weather, poor conditions or low attendance, the manager may close kayaking. Beginning in mid-August, kayaks will close earlier due to earlier darkness.
