The Naperville Park District offers both Regular and Short Term employment opportunities as well as Internships. Under each section, the department or facility for which there are open positions is listed below. To view the posting and apply for a position, click on the provided link below.
Regular employees are generally scheduled to work at least 1000 hours per year and a minimum of 20 hours per week at least 50 weeks per calendar year. Regular employees are eligible for insurance and time-off benefits.
Short-term employees generally work less than 3 quarters out of the year and are ineligible to receive employee insurance benefits other than those mandated by the state or federal law regardless of hours worked.
