Ed Provow

Ed Provow is the Naperville Park District’s Director of Golf Services for both Springbrook and Naperbrook golf courses. In that role, he is responsible for Naperville Park District golf course operations. He supervises two clubhouse operations that produce an average of 40,000 rounds of golf annually, numerous junior and adult lesson programs catering to over 1,000 students per season, two driving ranges and short game practice areas and two food and beverage operations. Ed also supervises two maintenance divisions headed by one superintendent and member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) who is responsible for 340 acres and 36 holes of championship-caliber golf. He supervises the clubhouse departments that are headed by two PGA golf professionals. Ed is a 25-year Naperville Park District golf professional, a 25-year member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and an associate member of the GCSAA.

Ed attended College of DuPage where he concentrated on business management. He became captain of the golf team and was a two-time, second team All-American. Ed completed his education at North Central College where he was again named captain of the golf team.
