Mary Wright
Mary Wright has been a park district commissioner since 1997. She was attracted to the position because of her desire to serve others through her knowledge of human resources, and give back to the community where three generations of her family currently live.
Wright feels that the park district is vitally important to the overall quality of life in the community. As a lover of nature, crafts and sports, she feels that open space and recreation are important to all Naperville residents, especially with today’s hectic lifestyles.
In addition to serving as park commissioner, Wright also is the Past-President of the Naperville Community Gardeners and is employed by the Illinois Tollway handling EEO, ADA and Ethics training.
