As a local government agency, the Naperville Park District is entrusted with managing tax dollars wisely in order to benefit the community. Grants can multiply our resources as we partner with others to accomplish common goals.

The Naperville Park District gratefully acknowledges the following organizations and agencies that have awarded grants to enhance parks and programs:

DuPage County Water Quality Improvement Program: Water quality improvement projects at Seager Park and Pioneer Park

Governor of Illinois and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency through Section 319 of the Clean Water Act: Water quality improvement projects at Seager Park, Knoch Park, Pioneer Park, and Weigand Park

Illinois Arts Council: Dance performance program

Illinois Department of Natural Resources:  Open Space Land Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) Grant for redevelopment of Meadow Glens Park

U.S. Forest Service 2008 Farm Bill Pest and Disease Revolving Loan Fund: Reforestation grant for replacing trees lost to the Emerald Ash Borer
